The 5th winner of Big Brother Naija, Uti Nwachukwu, has reacted to the speculation making the rounds that most Nigerian entertainers face hardship during the lockdown. The 38-year-old who spoke to journalists recently said that the year 2020 was the first year in a decade in which he did not travel abroad for business. He said that he was supposed to shoot movies in London but could not do so due to the Lockdown. He said he regretted it all because he lost a lot of money as a result but expressed gratitude for his weekly television show Jara for cushioning the loses because it sustained him during the Lockdown. He further stated that his savings also helped him to survive the aftermath of the Lockdown. When asked if he would take the Covid-19 vaccine, he said he will, as long as it is certified safe.
