Nigerian actor, Zubby Micheal, has become synonymous with overflow of cheering crowd. What seemed to be the crescendo of it all was seen recently when he visited his hometown of Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra state.
In a video he shared on his Instagram page, he is seen carried on a motorbike and being followed by an excited and cheering crowd. Some were riding on bikes behind him, including armed mobile policemen, while others are on foot excitedly jogging along.
In the video, the actor, who is popular known as ‘Eze Ndi Ala’ – the king of mad people, a character he played in one of his movies – rode along with the crowd. He could be heard shouting: “ndi ala enweg’eze”, meaning, mad people now have a king. A pretty fair lady who was also seen riding beside him was heard shouting: “Zubby Michael in town… una dey feel am?”
